International shipping
We ship to the European Union. We use international parcel delivery to ship the products right to your address. Its fast, reliable and convenient for you. You can order all our products from your home. In our price offer we always include shipping costs so there will be no surprises after placing the order.
Copyrights
You must hold the copyright or a specific license for duplication from the copyright holder for all the content you have us duplicated or replicated. By ordering you state this fact. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement, altough we uphold the right to deny any service if copyright infringement is suspected. If you have your music duplicated you must have it permitted by your local member of BIEM.
Value added tax
If you are an individual we will add the Hungarian value added tax (27%) to your order. If you are a company with a valid EU tax number it is possible to order with 0% VAT added to your invoice. (We will need to do some paperwork at your first order. Our representative will give you all the information.)
Payments
All our international customers (individuals and companies) must prepay their invoce. We’re currently offering wire transfer payment. Upon ordering we will send you your final invoice for payment. While the money moves (usually 1-2 working days) we can accept your materials for preparing, but actual prduction only begins after your bank transfer arrives on our account.
Artworks
Upon ordering you must send us the necessery ready-to-print artworks in standard PDF format (or high resolution TIFF) with CMYK mode. You can download all the templates from the products page.
All artworks for printing must have 2mm bleed.
We will check the artworks and only print it if is all right. If there is any problem with the artworks (size, format etc.) we will contact you about it.
CD / DVD masters
We will accept the following standard formats:
- ISO for CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, DVD-VIDEO
- BIN/CUE for AUDIO CD, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, DVD-VIDEO
- NRG for every media format
When you send the master file please use ZIP or RAR compression, and / or include an MD5 checksum.
How to send files
We can accept files with every cloud based file sharing system like dropbox, google drive, etc. You can also use large file transfer sites like Wetransfer. Always adress the files to our main email adress hdcopy@hdcopy.hu
We also recommend using our FTP server. If you would like that, we will send you your account information created specifically for you upon ordering.
